They said my skin is soft, so they can’t raise it much; if they raise it a lot, the implant may show through and protrude. They also firmly said they couldn’t raise it as much as the celebrity photo I showed them. Nasal bridge refinement + silicone (3D custom-fit nose) 3 mm + septal cartilage + ear cartilage They mentioned osteotomy, but didn’t recommend it. They also said that if I want alar base reduction, I should first have nose surgery and then do it afterward if I still want it. And because it’s a short nose, they said they may use donated costal cartilage if there isn’t enough material. The consultant was very kind, and the director was a bit cheerful. They explained things in detail too. They said I’d need to take review photos to get a discount, so I could do it in the mid-3 million won range. For aftercare, only the material cost is paid for 10 years.

Lowering the columella + slightly increasing height They said it could be done with silicone and ear cartilage. When I asked whether they don’t use septal cartilage, they said it’s fine not to use it. They said they can tell once they open it up and see the skin condition, so they couldn’t say exactly how many millimeters of silicone, but said they think they’ll insert 2.5-3.5 mm. They said during surgery, they’ll try inserting several silicone implants and check the skin condition. They didn’t mention osteotomy at all, and said alar base reduction isn’t necessary either. They took photos with a tablet and showed me before and after images through editing. (To be honest, after seeing the photo, I looked so ugly that I burst out laughing by myself, so I didn’t really hear the explanation properly ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ My parents also asked the director whether maybe he just wasn’t good at taking photos, saying, “Is my daughter really this ugly?” ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ) The director explained while touching his own nose. They said this place doesn’t take review photos either, so they would only take off the VAT. So it came out in the high 3 million won range. Aftercare is free surgery for 3 years.

To be honest, I’m not that worried about the line. I really like that they don’t use septal cartilage, so I strongly want to do it at ㅇㅈ.. For now, I really want to get it done quickly, and clinic-hopping is so exhausting, so I’m planning to visit just one more place next week and decide.
