If you have hump nose surgery with an open approach, is there no choice but to raise the nasal tip??? It’s too pointy ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ My philtrum feels severely pulled, the width of my nose got narrower, and it’s being pulled upward, so the shape of my nose looks so strange. As time passes, it looks slimmer, and the columella looks longer and elongated. The nasal tip is hard and it also feels like a pinched nose ㅠㅠ What should I do ㅠㅠ Did I spend money on surgery just to end up like this? I’m depressed and can’t sleep. I feel like I’m going to develop a mental illness ㅠㅠㅠ My nasal congestion is also severe when I sleep ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Has anyone had a pinched-nose feeling and then gone back to normal? I had surgery for a deviated hump nose with osteotomy and ear cartilage.
But is it absolutely necessary to tie the nasal cartilage????
