8 and a half years ago, I had surgery for a low nose and bulbous nose, but at the time I had a conservative mindset, so they didn’t do much to the nasal tip... only the nasal bridge got higherㅠㅠ I kept not liking it, so I finally looked into revision surgery,
I went around to ㅁㅇㄷ, ㅇㅂㅈ, and ㅈㅅㅌ for consultations!!!
All three places gave similar diagnoses. Bulbous nose, short nose, osteotomy optional (preference), replacement of the silicone implant in the nasal bridge.
They also all commented that alar reduction can be done later, but it would be better to do it.
ㅈㅅㅌ was slightly different; they talked about correcting the short nose in the direction of lifting the alar wings. They said other plastic surgery clinics are stuck with older methods, but with the latest developed surgical technique, the drawbacks of the existing methods are all compensated for.... I think I’ll personally study and look into this part a bit before deciding.
Since it’s a revision, the price ranges were all similar too. I only visited the most famous representative directors!
