I knew my nose was uglier than other people's, but it was so stressful that people thought my surgery must have gone wrong even though I had never had surgery..
So I decided to try surgery for my blunt upturned nose, and while going to consultations at several places, I think I struggled quite a bit to find a clinic that seemed most likely to improve it wellㅠ
After going to a few consultations, some places just consulted from an aesthetic-shape perspective, while others consulted while thinking more about the condition of my nose, you know?
That difference definitely depended on whether it was a nose-specialty clinic or not. Regular clinics with lots of reviews really gave very generalized consultations?? They would say you can put this in the nasal tip and put silicone in the nasal bridge, and it kind of felt like a factoryㅠㅠ
But nose-specialty clinics used more specialized methods like columellar struts and rotation grafts? They tried to improve my nose using those kinds of things, and because of that difference, I chose a specialty clinic.
The result is that the upturned nose and bulbous nose feel are completely gone, and my face looks much more mature and feminine!! Even on the day of surgery, I consulted again in detail about the shape with the director, and we ultimately compromised and decided on the shape, and it came out just as they explained! Now a lot of the swelling has gone down and it is stable, and if I had known it would be like this, I should have gotten surgery earlier.. I feel like I just lived with unnecessary stressㅠㅠ Now it doesn't look like an upturned nose at all, right!!??ㅎㅎ
