1. The consultant was kind, the doctor was blunt 2. When consulting with the doctor, you need to bring as many questions as possible. Unless I asked first, they did not explain things and just stayed quiet. At other clinics, they explained everything first, so I was able to learn things I had not known, but this part was disappointing 3. I was concerned that my nasal alae were drooping, but they said it could not be improved, which was disappointing 4. Even though I had an appointment, there was about a 40-minute wait 5.
