My nose condition - Short and small - Overall low and wide
Overall, I do have a youthful and cute impression, but now that I'm getting to a certain age, I decided to get nose surgery hoping to have a more refined look rather than just looking young and cute.
ㅂㅇㅂ(ㅇㅇㅁ) The director and consultant are all so, so kind! At another hospital, they recommended full-face fat grafting for the midface, so until now I thought my midface was sunken and was considering getting it together with rhinoplasty, so I had a consultation for both. But both the director and consultant were against it,, I liked that because I felt they were very conscientious. They also take a CT scan and check things like the condition of the septum! They said my septum is quite small. Well, I've heard that a lot,, Plus, it's a one-doctor clinic, and the consultant didn't pressure me to pay a deposit! The director's way of speaking is also pretty sweet. But when they said they would refine the hump, I was like, hmm.. The price differs by almost 1 million won depending on whether you write a review or not.. And they recommended donor rib cartilage, but donor rib cartilage feels burdensome. Overall, I think it was okay.
ㅈㅅㅌ (ㄱㄱㅎ) I thought the facilities would be just so-so, like the clinic name (just kidding), but the clinic facilities are really nice! I had heard a lot that the director is sweet, so this was a clinic I went to with fairly high expectations. But I waited almost 40 minutes ㅜㅜ They said the surgery was delayed more than expected.. But they were very kind and the director apologized .. They may be able to do the surgery well, but I heard they don't have that many years of experience, so I'm not sure .. Hump correction is included too ㅜ I think the price isn't bad. Well, I think all the clinics I visited today were pretty okay..
ㄷㅎㄷ (ㅇㅈㅎ) This seems to be a clinic that's a bit more famous for revision surgery. The director was exactly the same as in the videos, so I felt an inner sense of familiarity .. I thought it was someone I knew lol..lol Since he's from Daegu, his way of speaking is a bit blunt but caring. I'm from the same Gyeongbuk region, so it didn't feel awkward to me. What I mean is that it's not that calm, quiet, gentle, and kind feeling like people from Seoul. I'm not saying he was unfriendly! Looking at reviews, it seems there aren't many primary surgeries here. This director said I need to raise my nasal bridge a lot .. My skin looks tight even to me, so is that even possibleㅠ No matter how good the director's skills are, I think that's a separate issue. And this was the only clinic that said, for the first time, that osteotomy would be needed .. ha .. lololololol Absolutely not doing that .. Also, I don't think this clinic has a set director's style. They said they tend to do what the patient wants, so there isn't really a director's style that's glamorous or natural or anything like that. So I thought it would be hard to estimate what the surgery would turn out like, so I passed,, And more importantly, I ruled it out because they said they would do osteotomy .. If you do osteotomy, of course there will be swelling, and apparently it hurts like hell.. As much as possible, let's not touch the bones.
ㄷㄹ (ㅅㅈㅇ) The director looked at me sooooooooo thoroughly and also manipulated my nose up and down the most, so I trust them .. They seem really good at implant-free surgery. I do want to use silicone, though .. They also have a lot of experience.. It feels like a clinic that prioritizes safety the most. They said I don't have a hump here lololol.. But because my septum is small, they might have to harvest ear cartilage from both ears.. They won't know until they open it up .. So I'm still not sure, but I trust them ㅜㅜ
