Before<double eyelid surgery before>After<2 months after double eyelid surgery>Before double eyelid surgery, my eyes looked completely sleepy, and I used double eyelid glue for about 6 years, but after getting double eyelid surgery, it’s so convenient because I don’t have to use the glue anymore I still think there’s some residual swelling now. The lower part of my upper eyelids is a bit puffy, so I hope that goes down quickly with time too. When it hadn’t been long since the surgery, it really didn’t suit me, looked too intense, made my impression look strong, and I looked like a foreigner (some of that is still there), but I’m relieved that at least now it’s gotten better. At first I was really worried, like what if this isn’t swelling but sausage-like eyelids? But now I can see it gradually going down, so I feel relieved thinking, it really was swelling!!!! I hope the swelling goes down more soon. Also, in the beginning because of the scar tissue, I was like, ah seriously, this is totally ruined, why am I the only one with something here??!!?? But as time passed, it faded a lot, so it’s okay now!
