Before<Before>After<1 month>After-after<2 months>*Reason for ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty As you can tell from the pre-op photos, I looked completely sleepy and harsh, with zero femininity. The inner corners were also very closed off, so my overall impression wasn’t great.
*What changed after eye surgery First of all, I no longer look sleepy or blank. My eyes look much clearer and much bigger. You can tell just from the photos... Because my eyes were small, my face felt like it had a lot of empty space, and photo editing was a must. But these days, even when I take pictures with a regular camera, the empty space doesn’t stand out much and the photos come out pretty. For makeup, I used to have to contour heavily and draw on thick chunks of eyeliner just for it to show a little. Now I’m trying all the makeup looks I saw online and wanted to try. It’s fun.. Most of all, even without heavy eye makeup, just using light colors and mascara makes my eyes look clearer and prettier than before.
*How the swelling and bruising are Even right after I came back from surgery, I didn’t have much bruising or swelling. I think the major swelling went down quickly between the first and second month, and now only a little minor swelling remains.
*Swelling care method For one week, I diligently did cold compresses, and I avoided walking during the hot daytime and walked a lot in the evening. I also drank swelling tea often and avoided salty foods while managing it carefully. Personally, pumpkin juice didn’t help much, and if you search online there’s an idol swelling tea, and that one was okay. Also, I think not eating salty food is the most important thing.
