The consultant was kind, and the director was very confident and humorous. They said they would restore my existing sausage-like eyes back to how they used to look with double-eyelid revision and ptosis correction, and told me not to worry. There is a 10% deposit, and they said that if I cancel 15 days in advance, they will refund the full amount, so I signed the contract under those terms.
