I went in with an appointment, and I liked that I could get a consultation right away with no waiting. The clinic had a quiet, cozy atmosphere. The consultation manager was kind and very friendly. The doctor seemed to strongly recommend eye correction as almost essential, and seemed to be a very meticulous type.
