I had a Potenza treatment to improve my pores. I washed my face myself, then they applied numbing cream right away and prepared for the procedure. They used a general tip, combining pore treatment and regeneration, and I liked that they were thorough. It is hard to see a major improvement from just one session, but I think it would be effective if done consistently.
