I first got nose filler at 21, and got a retouch then too. After that, I did it once a year, for a total of 3 times, and the first day is the prettiest. After that, it gradually went down. But when I first got a domestic filler without knowing anything, it really disappeared quickly, I could feel hardness, and sometimes I felt tightness, but after using imported filler, I never had that experience at all! And because the filler accumulated, I did get a very slight nasal bridge! Fortunately, it didn't spread, but it feels like the filler has clumped between my eyebrows. I wear bangs down, so it doesn't show.
