I scheduled the surgery date to fit my own plans, but a few days before the surgery, someone who was either the consultant or the team manager tried to forcibly move the time slot I had reserved to another time. The reason was that another customer wanted to have surgery during my time slot. When I said I couldn’t move it because I also had a schedule, they scolded me in a very unpleasant tone, saying that customer had reserved first and I had reserved later, so why was I being stubborn. But I was the one who reserved that time first..? Do they not know what a reservation is..? Anyway, it was a mess even before the surgery, and of course the surgical result was completely ruined too. Maybe it was excessive harvesting of septal cartilage, but my nasal bridge collapsed and it became an upturned nose, so everyone feels bad for me. That doctor has now moved to another hospital and is active on YouTube, and it seriously annoys me. Also, there was almost no such thing as post-op care.
