I visited two places, ㄴㅌ and ㅈㅅ I wanted to naturally raise only the nasal tip, and since ㄴㅌ does a lot of nasal tip surgeries, I thought they would obviously tell me to do only the tip, but they said something like, “It’s only a meaningful nose if you do silicone on the nasal bridge,” so I’m really confused,,, But at ㅈㅅ, they said it would be better to raise only the nasal tip and do osteotomy.. They said if I build up the bridge too, my midface might look longer, so now I’m conflicted again Are recommendations usually this different?? I wish I could at least run a simulation
