Because that's how it was for me. I felt uneasy about putting silicone into my body too. I was worried about side effects, and my nasal bridge didn't seem bad by my standards, so I only raised the nasal tip and did about bulbous nose correction! They didn't recommend doing the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip, the doctor also told me not to raise it too high, just moderately, so that's what I did. But actually, raising it moderately looked prettier and more natural.
