Bulbous nose + some nasal tip, but no nasal bridge + thick skin
Now Cheongdam Louis seems to have become quite famous, and it looks like there are several directors, but I had mine done when there was only the head director alone. I think it came out to about 3.6 million won for the nasal tip, nostrils, and silicone nasal bridge. I only had local anesthesia, not sleep anesthesia, so the surgical process was really hard lol I could feel everything, from shaving down the slightly crooked hump with a saw to the stitching.. One thing I regret is that if I could go back, I think I would just choose sleep anesthesia.
After opening the nose, he checked whether there was enough cartilage inside (if not, I would have had to use donated costal cartilage), and maybe because I was young and did not smoke or do many other bad things, he said there was enough. So he used cartilage from inside my nose and took a little ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
It has been 2 years now, and it has settled prettily into a semi-ski-slope nose and looks really natural, so unless I specifically say it, nobody knows I had it done. I think it was a good choice to ask for a natural look rather than being greedy and going flashy. Now I am planning to get double eyelid surgery, and I was going to go back to Cheongdam Louis.. but going to Jeju Island is a hassle, so I am just going to do it in Gangnam. I wrote my surgery review to level up.
