In my first surgery, the bulbous shape stayed exactly the same and the silicone was also crooked, so I had revision surgery, but nothing changed at all. Only the nasal tip was raised, so it became a bulbous pig nose.. A little over a year after surgery, the silicone pierced through the nasal tip and came out, so I had only the silicone removed. Now the nasal tip cartilage shows through, so I am thinking about another revision surgery
