Satisfied review of autologous dermis nasal tip + revision surgery to lower the eye line

Following my legwork review for eye revision surgery + first nose surgery, I’ll leave a surgery review too!! Dr. ㅅㅇㅇ!!! I became a fan, so I really wanted to write a review. Someone like this deserves to do even better… This doctor did both my eyes and nose. I’m not sure about naming the clinic, so if you leave a comment, I’ll reply privately right away. (If you haven’t had plastic surgery yet, please read to the end!! Or just read the very end haha)

I had it done with autologous dermis, but I honestly worried because I couldn’t find many autologous dermis reviews.. But I think it really depends on the person, so use this as reference when deciding!! I hope this helps people who are considering dermis!!

I only had my nasal tip done. The surgery used ear cartilage and septal cartilage (columellar extension + bulbous nose correction), and since I didn’t touch the nasal bridge, the doctor said that if only the nasal tip was raised, there could be a step-off and it might not look pretty, so that part was filled slightly with autologous dermis! (Harvested from behind the ear. The scar is behind the ear, so you have to bend the ear? lol to see it, and I think it’s less than 1 cm!) Usually autologous dermis is harvested from the buttocks, but mine wasn’t, so I liked that. And I didn’t need a large amount of dermis either!! There’s a lot of talk about autologous dermis and not many reviews, and all I saw were posts saying it definitely gets absorbed.. just use silicone~ it’ll be bumpy~ so I was worried, but I’m so satisfied.. During consultation, when I said I was worried about things like that, the doctor said about half of it is rumors and exaggeration… and that in fact there are more side-effect cases with silicone~ if you only worry, you can’t have surgery~ if worry comes first, do it later~ So I got scared and had decided to do only my eyes, but two days before my eye surgery I asked to do my nose together too lol After hearing that, I actually became more certain about the surgery lol

Today I got my stitches removed and saw it in person for the first time, and it’s smooth, the line is slim, and I didn’t have much external swelling, so I didn’t look like an Avatar! If silicone is “flashy!!!!!,” autologous dermis feels natural with one spoonful of glamour..? That kind of feeling haha. It was exactly what I wanted, and I also wanted a no-implant approach! Oh, and people often say the nasal tip is hard right after surgery, but mine isn’t hard at all! The director said during consultation that it would turn out like this and not to worry, and it turned out exactly that way lololol If you’re debating, I think it’s right to just trust and leave it to a director with long experience and a lot of knowledge..

Right after surgery too, the inside of my nose was swollen so my nose was blocked, but the outside of my nose didn’t swell much! I’m not sure if it’s because I only did the nasal tip!! (I think this depends on constitution + aftercare.)

For my eyes, I lowered the line! My previous one was extremely high, so it loosened, and I got an extra crease and all that.. For details, refer to my consultation review! At one week, they still look like double-eyelid-surgery eyes lol but still, the swelling went down enough for everyday life! The bruising disappeared too!! The director even praised me today, asking how I got the swelling down so well. Maybe it’s because I walked every day, drank swelling tea, and diligently iced it.

The reason I want to recommend this director is that he didn’t feel like a factory worker, but like a doctor who sincerely understands the patient’s perspective.. I’ve gone to lots of consultations, and there were many places that felt more like factory workers..? people who make dolls..? or salespeople rather than doctors. From the first consultation, he explained almost like giving a lecture on eye surgery, helping me understand the surgical method at my level. At other places, usually they just draw the line a few times and that’s it.. And for the nose too, usually they draw a few lines on a nose diagram and roughly explain the surgery lol But this doctor drew the nose himself and explained in detail. Maybe because he has so much experience, he also draws noses the best.. lololol + I even went for a second consultation. At that time he joked, why did you come again~ and told me to ask everything I was worried about before leaving, so when I read out the questions I had written in my notes, he answered them, basically giving me an interview.. + There’s a lot of talk that at other places, once you have surgery, you won’t even see the director’s face anymore~ you’ll only see nurses~ but this director comes out and checks me every time.. Even because the taping was uncomfortable, he personally removed it all and told me to go with it off, and he picked out my nasal crusts too, wiped my nose too, and today he even directly scrubbed off the oil on my nose, tape marks, and design pen marks.. He personally wiped my dirty nose vigorously lololol Then he seemed even more satisfied with my face than I was and leisurely disappeared.. (That doesn’t mean he has nothing to do.. He’s actually quite famous.) During surgery too, I wasn’t even in much pain, but he kept saying, oh~ sorry~ this part must have stung a bit~ oh, sorry~~ and when removing the nasal cotton too, he was like, oh, that must hurt~ sorry~~~ while doing it.. Sweet and funny..

Anyway, I’m really just an ordinary nobody, someone who had zero plastic surgery knowledge, and I only recently learned about this community while going around for consultations this time.. But I simply became a fan because of the director’s human touch… I think meeting a good director is a huge blessing.. Surgery depends on the person, so if you don’t have plastic surgery knowledge, at least go for a consultation and ask all kinds of questions!! I think I’m graduating from this community’s posts now~ But comment notifications still pop up, so I’ll come in from time to time and leave replies! Hope everyone succeeds.
