After<After>Before<Before>I originally had a bulbous nose, and the L-shaped silicone I had placed 10 years ago made my nose spread downward, so I had revision surgery. Because I have skin that scars easily, I looked for a place that was good at closed rhinoplasty revision. In my first surgery before, they had just placed an L-shaped silicone implant by itself, so the nasal tip was the same but the nasal bridge and line were a bit high. It was a nose that really no one would ever think had been operated on, but because I was scared of surgery, I thought I would never have surgery again. However, my nose spread downward, and from the side only the end of the silicone was visible, while below it looked almost like a straight line, so I decided on revision surgery.. I wanted a closed approach, and the fact that the doctor was an otolaryngology specialist also appealed to me.. I didn't go anywhere else and only had a consultation here before doing it. In the operating room, I went under anesthesia, slept, woke up, and it was over. I wanted it to look very natural, but after reducing the nostril wings a bit and raising it with silicone plus septal cartilage and ear cartilage, the nasal tip feels a bit higher than I expected. But anyway, I'm only in week 2 now, and I think as the swelling gradually goes down it will become more natural, so I'm happy. Also, because I wanted something extremely natural, it looked high to me, but seeing other people's results, mine looks natural. And amazing, I had almost no bruising from the beginning.. There was swelling, but it wasn't extremely severe, and the fact that there was no bruising was amazing; There was only a slight yellowish tinge. I'm normally the type who bruises easily, so this is so fascinating.. It's fascinating and nice that recovery is happening so quickly. For the ear cartilage too, they harvested it from a place that's really not visible, inside the ear canal area, so it doesn't show at all. I think the technique is good. I got my stitches removed today and took these photos. After nose surgery, not being able to wash my hair, having cotton packed in my nose, sleeping almost sitting up, not being able to bend my head down, the care is so difficult, so nose surgery ends here for me~~~
