Columella deviation and nostril asymmetry after nasal tip surgery

<Asymmetry, columella deviation> Ten days ago, I had surgery using silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and now my columella is slightly crooked and my nostrils are asymmetrical. From what I found, it seems like a major issue, but the clinic is talking about it as if it’s nothing serious. I have to leave the country next month, so I feel rushed. How should I resolve this? Another clinic said I need revision surgery, that the cost would be twice as much, and that they can’t guarantee it will improve either. At the clinic where I had surgery, they first mentioned a nostril retainer, then said they couldn’t get one. Since I kept raising the issue, they said next week they would try to pull it somehow with a thread in a simple procedure and straighten the crooked part, but I don’t trust them. I’m also scared that touching it unnecessarily could make it worse. If anyone has had the same experience or knows well about this, please advise me on what I should do. I’m desperate. Like 6
