I had always been self-conscious about my low nose, but I kept putting it off because I was afraid of complications.. I also postponed it because I didn’t want a sharp nose. I wanted to minimize the risk of complications from autologous costal cartilage as much as possible, so even though it was my first surgery, I used an InnoFit 3D implant. General anesthesia was harder than expected, but my nose didn’t hurt! Maybe because my skin is thin, or because the nasal surgery went well, the swelling also went down quickly.
Dr. Hyun-joo Kim said my nose is currently a little upturned and will descend more, so I think it will look even prettier if it comes down just a little more!!
