I went for a consultation, and rather than deciding on just one surgical method based on the current condition of my eyes, they explained two plans. Since I have quite a lot of scarring and adhesions from previous surgery, instead of going straight into full-incision surgery, Plan A is to first release with a partial incision the sutures placed during my last non-incisional ptosis correction, wait about a month, check how much the adhesions have loosened, and then create a new crease again using a non-incisional method.
