My eyes became more defined and the cramped appearance was greatly reduced Adding medial canthoplasty made them look a little more open. I also had lower-eyelid fat repositioning together with aegyo-sal fat grafting; after cleaning up the under-eye area and creating aegyo-sal, I really love it. I was worried about recovery at first because it was incisional, but I am very satisfied watching the swelling go down and the crease settle naturally over time.
