Even after having eye surgery before, I felt that my eyes were a little narrow horizontally and that the outer corners tilted upward, making my expression look somewhat sharp. That was something I was deliberating over haha; so I decided to have revision eye surgery and lateral-and-lower canthoplasty at Yuno Plastic Surgery! While redefining my lowered double-eyelid line, the plan was to widen the space behind the eyes and lower the line slightly, proceeding in that direction.
