Coordinator → doctor → coordinator The doctor was in surgery, so I consulted with the coordinator first. They answered all my questions until the doctor arrived, whereas the doctor's consultation was short and cursory.
1. Coordinator consultation Currently about 5 mm → about 6 mm after surgery. They recommended inner-corner enlargement, and when I asked whether an upper canthoplasty would be better, they agreed. Ideally, the amount of white showing at the inner and outer corners should be about equal. The white at the inner corners is not very visible, so they recommended partial incision (central incision). When I asked for other recommendations → fat grafting to the front cheeks and Ultherapy lifting for the jawline.
2. Doctor consultation Recommended not having double-eyelid surgery itself and doing only upper canthoplasty. If I wanted a dramatic image change, they said to go ahead. Because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is short, a high crease does not suit me especially well. Other recommendations → fat grafting to the forehead, temples, and front cheeks. For the double-chin or side-jawline area, Aculaser (liposuction recommended). Square-jaw Botox. Upper canthoplasty 880,000 won; front-cheekbone fat grafting 880,000 won; forehead fat grafting 880,000 won; Botox 75 units 110,000 won; double-chin Aculaser 1,320,000 won.
