[Clinic A] Double-Eyelid Surgery Review

I went for a consultation about revision double-eyelid surgery! We decided to release the existing adhesions in both eyes, lower the incisional crease, perform incisional ptosis correction, and reposition the fat. The key was correcting the asymmetry: the crease needed to be lowered slightly on the left and more on the right. They said removing the second line was also one option when lowering the crease. They explained that if I was concerned about scarring, I could first have the second line removed and cut it out later, or have it refined by excision during the surgery, which would be much neater. Since I was having surgery anyway, I ultimately chose excision because it seemed more likely to produce a cleaner result! They compared the options honestly from the patient's perspective and designed the crease delicately, which made me trust them a lot. It was worthwhile doing all that research and visiting.
