Then I happened to get about three weeks of vacation, giving me enough recovery time. Although 35 is a little late, I decided to have my nose and cheekbones operated on together and underwent male rhinoplasty and facial contouring at [Clinic A].

Both doctors were extremely kind and detailed, listened sufficiently to my opinions, and clearly expressed their views where necessary, which made me trust them even more.
Because I had the nose and cheekbone surgeries together, the swelling lasted longer than expected and felt a little frustrating at first. Still, as time passed and the swelling went down, seeing my current appearance made me feel that I had absolutely made the right decision. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.
I wanted something in between—not merely very natural, but not overly dramatic either—and the current result seems to match the image I had in mind very well. It looks like I got exactly the degree of change I wanted, so I am satisfied every time I look at myself.
The surgery itself was also less painful than expected. Personally, the first week was the hardest, and after that I had no major inconvenience in daily life.
I was also very satisfied with the postoperative care and consultations. The staff continued to respond kindly and explained the precautions and care methods in detail, so I could recover without much worry.
It has now been about a month and a half, and I am satisfied with the entire process, from consultation to surgery and postoperative care. Even now, I think deciding to have the nose and cheekbone surgeries together was a very good choice. Most of all, the change is natural yet definite, just as I wanted, so I am currently living very happily with the result.
