<Yesterday!>Before<Photo right before the actual surgery>I wanted to change only my nasal tip to a shape I liked, so I spent over a year researching online and in person. Personally, I don’t like having silicone inserted, so I mainly looked into autologous cartilage or donated dermis. But even when I went to other clinics, they couldn’t fully meet my needs. My nose had a slight curve/irregularity and the nasal tip was a bit low? That kind of nose, so everyone said that if ear cartilage was grafted into the nasal tip, a secondary angle would form, and the curved/irregular part would be difficult to improve.
Then I found out about B&Young and a procedure called Coselco, and when I had a consultation, they said Coselco could fill in the irregularity and project the nasal tip without creating a secondary angle. During the consultation, it wasn’t only with the consultant; I could also meet the director, so I trusted them. (At other clinics, I had only consulted with the consultant ;;)
Even on the day of surgery, I had almost no bruising or swelling. After I came home and the anesthesia completely wore off, I still had no pain in my nose. I’m such a scaredy-cat so I was nervous, but honestly I think I bruised less than with filler. Only my ear had a bit of bruising, but I covered it with my hair when going around, so it was fine haha. That’s how little swelling or bruising there was: as soon as the taping came off, I walked around without wearing a mask.
The taping was removed after 3 days, and once the shape showed much more clearly, I was even more satisfied. When they removed the taping, they also gave me a swelling injection and swelling laser treatment. At that time I had so little swelling that I wondered, what if this is actually very swollen, and later when the swelling goes down it just returns to how it was before? But the director said that wouldn’t happen, and that from here it would just become a little slimmer and more natural. One week later, the stitches behind my ear were removed, and the current photos are exactly from week 2.
To give an overall review, first of all, the consultant and staff were so kind. It went beyond the level of commercial friendliness .. But it wasn’t burdensome either; it felt like they were genuinely taking care of me. I could understand the consultant being that way, but the person giving the injection, the person removing the stitches, the desk staff, even the operating room staff, everyone was just all kind. When I work part-time, my eyes look dead, so I wondered how they can be like this. But honestly, what matters for surgery is the director’s skill, so I went here after seeing this director’s skills. I really searched a lot, and I even read all the reviews from the clinic where the director used to work, and the more I searched, the more I felt I could trust them. When we met for the consultation, I asked quite a few questions and clearly told them what I wanted improved, and they confidently said it was possible with Coselco. Even after that consultation, I said I’d think about it, took their business card, went home, then thought, ‘I think this is the place!’ and a few days later called the consultant to schedule the surgery date. I had seen posts saying that if you keep researching online and in person here and there, a place where you think ‘this is it!’ will come along, and it kind of felt like that ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It might seem ridiculous because I’m only praising them, but truly, from consultation to surgery to postoperative care, I had nothing to criticize. I’m reallyyyy satisfied. Oh right, my ear had no sensation for a few days. It was fascinating, so I kept tapping it ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It’s back now !!
