I had surgery for a bulbous nose and low nose. I used ear cartilage for the nasal bridge. My nostrils don’t look like they’ve been operated on, and the shape isn’t pretty. The doctor was kind. The nurses’ administrative process wasn’t very smooth, and while some were kind, others weren’t, so that part remains a bad memory even after time has passed. I like the height of my nasal bridge, but the spread-out shape of my nostrils is still the same, so I want revision surgery
