Has it been almost 6 years? since I had orthodontic treatment... I think I had 4 teeth extracted and wore braces for about 1 year and 8 months... But when the clinic said my orthodontic treatment was finished and gave me my retainer, they said this is something you wear for life... so I thought they were jokingㅎ They said at least twice the duration of the orthodontic treatment, for starters But seriously, the tooth alignment shifts,, my retainer doesn’t fit now..ㅜ I’m thinking about orthodontic retreatment too... because it feels like my front teeth have opened up slightly..
