I haven’t gone for a consultation yet, but I’m so curious The surgical record says columella correction + nasolabial angle correction. Does anyone know how these procedures are performed?? Are they done with autologous cartilage?... I had septal extension + nasal tip septal cartilage + columella and nasolabial angle correction. Only septal cartilage was used, but were all these procedures done with the septum?... Do I even have any septum left?....... Oh wow
