I heard that lower-eyelid surgery can have serious side effects, such as hollowing or looking unnatural, so I carefully consulted mainly with doctors who would tailor a conservative, clean result to my eyes. 1. [Clinic A] There was some waiting, but both the coordinator and doctor were kind. After briefly checking the amount of fat under my eyes and my dark circles, the doctor clearly explained how they would reinforce and reposition the orbital septum. There was no pushy recommendation at all, and the consultation felt textbook and thorough, making me understand why the clinic is widely known. 2. [Clinic B] The system was also very well organized and methodical. While checking the extent of the bulging lower-eyelid fat and skin thickness, the doctor calmly explained the expected early course, focusing on how the lower-eyelid line would appear flatter right after surgery. The explanation was clear and tidy, so overall it felt ordinary but trustworthy. 3. [Clinic C] Just as I had seen in the reviews, the consultation atmosphere was very meticulous and detailed. The doctor had me hold a mirror and explained exactly which fat would be moved and how the line would be shaped. I could feel that they were trying to reflect my needs, and I got the impression they would match the overall line very smoothly. 4. [Clinic D] Perhaps because it is a clinic where one doctor personally handles everything, I strongly felt I was receiving close, attentive care as soon as the consultation began. Emphasizing that excess is counterproductive, the doctor calmly explained that they would avoid manipulating the lower-eyelid fat excessively and reposition only what was necessary, conservatively, along the most natural and refined line for my eyes. The fact that the doctor personally performs the entire surgery from start to finish, as well as the safety aspect, made me feel most at ease and drew me in. All four had clean lineups and the doctors seemed skilled, so I’m deliberating, but I’m slightly leaning toward [Clinic D] because they seem to offer a safe, conservative result without excess. Which would you choose?
