I meant to write this on the day of surgery, but after visiting hell a few times, I’m writing it today, one day later. This isn’t an advertisement or an event review—I’m writing it in case it helps.
If you’ve seen my previous posts, you’ll know the clinic story. I booked here, but the day before surgery I saw a lot of discussion on YouTube and in this community. The YouTube cases involved different doctors, so I trusted my doctor. I couldn’t cancel again and lose the money, so I went ahead!!!!!
The result is that I didn’t die and made it home alive. I’m eating better to make sure there’s no perforation, and I don’t seem to be in danger yet, haha. Since I’m passing gas well, all my organs must be safe—aaaah (I was unbelievably worried).
The coordinator had a lot of discretion during the consultation. She said I would receive the consent form then and come back after surgery, but that wasn’t the case. She handled the design and guided me to the operating room. The doctor was very kind. His expression and tone changed completely when walking with staff in the hallway versus speaking with patients—not into a bad expression, but from serious to sunny.
People said the operating-room staff were extremely kind, but mine were neither particularly good nor bad—just so-so. No smiles. My blood pressure rose because I was nervous. I did wish there had been a warm and kind nurse, but they did their work efficiently.
People write that it feels like muscle soreness after surgery, but I saw hell. I think it varies from person to person. Depending on how much volume was missing and how much was filled, and since my hip dips were very hollow, they filled out a lot immediately after surgery.
It hurt even when I stayed still, and moving hurt more. It was like someone had shredded the inside of my hip dips with a long knife. I couldn’t lie flat in the recovery room, and of course I couldn’t sit in the car on the way home. I groaned the whole time, took medicine, and fell asleep in the car.
A new problem arose when I got home, lol. The compression garment I wore had no snaps!!! I could tolerate the inconvenience of pulling it down and putting it on, but I couldn’t sit. Everyone, please make sure yours has snaps!! Maybe it has no snaps because of the riding position????
I can manage urinating, but what am I supposed to do about bowel movements? I still can’t sit even now… one day later. Still, the pain has eased quite a lot compared with yesterday. Humans are so fickle: while saying I’m in pain, I’m looking at the back fat sticking out over the compression garment and thinking I want that area cut too, lol.
After reading various reviews, I realized liposuction doesn’t mean being overweight is over. I learned that I need to diet afterward to maintain it. There’s a saying that if you gain weight, you gain more in other areas…??? For now I like the line while wearing the compression garment—but you know, reviews written while wearing one should be taken with a grain of salt~~~~ lol.
I’m badly bruised and hurting, so I should rest now. I’ll post another review later!!
