Every time I caught a cold, my nose would get completely blocked, so I started having to breathe through my mouth a lot. Once I became aware of it, my bulbous nose also started looking even more prominent, and the stress kept building. While searching, I saw that GNG Hospital does both functional and cosmetic cases, so I booked a consultation. At the consultation, I hoped to go much thinner with osteotomy, but the director said the inside was already narrow, and if they reduced it any further, breathing could become difficult, then showed me the inside of my nose as well. After hearing the explanation, I got scared for no reason, and realized that a no-implant option would be better than pushing it too far. During the first week after surgery, the tip of my nose felt a little numb, but I could feel the blocked side opening up and becoming refreshing. My bulbous nose also became much more refined, so the slimmer nose line from the front is most obvious in photos. People around me said it doesn't look like an obviously done nose job, and that's what makes me feel most at ease. What mattered most was breathing more comfortably, so I'm satisfied with my choice now.
