My biggest concern was the discomfort of always using my forehead muscles to open my eyes and the fact that my thick eyelids looked prominent. I looked into clinics for male eye surgery and had a consultation. Dr. [Doctor A] personally showed me photos and explained what type of surgery would be appropriate. I liked that they did not recommend, pressure me into, or over-consult on anything unnecessary, so I decided to have eye-shape correction here. There was swelling during the first week, but even so, my eyes looked a little more open and showed more of the irises, which I liked. Maybe because I requested the most natural crease possible, after a month people usually could not tell I had surgery unless I told them, lol. As more time passed, there was clearly no sign of surgery, and my eyes looked as if they had always been this way. I am extremely satisfied.
