Review of removing the sausage-eye double crease

This is my review after having Dr. Kim Gijae at TS Plastic Surgery remove my sausage-eye double crease. I had a glamorous, open-looking eye shape and only wanted to get rid of the sausage appearance here. During the consultation, the doctor asked whether I liked a semi-out or in-out crease. I knew nothing about crease styles at the time, so I said I did not know, and he told me to think about it until the day of surgery. On the day, I said I wanted a large-eyed semi-out crease, but he said that would be meaningless if the goal was to remove the sausage appearance, and said he would block the front as much as possible with an in-out crease. So there was no reason to keep deliberating over the crease. I was a little surprised because he blocked the front more than I expected, but the sausage appearance seems to be gone. There was an issue with inflammation and early revision during recovery. I am stressed about the wrinkling and bending, but the doctor said it is caused by tension from the existing scar tissue and that time will resolve it.
