The director explained things kindly during the consultation and made me feel comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I personally found the staff's responses unfriendly, which was disappointing. The surgical result was somewhat different from the direction and appearance I had expected before surgery, so I was not completely satisfied. When I told the clinic about the result, they said aftercare was possible, and I plan to observe the progress. Since aftercare has not yet been performed, it is difficult to judge the final result. The director's consultation and attitude were good, but I remain disappointed with the staff's responses and the result so far. I plan to give a final evaluation after seeing how the aftercare proceeds and how the result changes.
