After consultation, I was told the plan was to release the existing crease only in the right eye, perform double-line creation, fat repositioning, and ptosis correction, costing 4 million won. Because the orbital bone differs on each side, they said the right crease might need to be lowered further to match the left. Since my eyes are currently sunken and pulled upward, they explained that incision could make them look more pulled up or cause scar and tension problems, so double-line creation would make the existing crease as faint as possible. However, they said there was a possibility that within a year the crease could swell again and become uneven, which worried me. They also set the crease much more like an inner double eyelid than I wanted, which was disappointing. I do not want the crease hidden when my eyes are open, so I think I need to discuss the design thoroughly again before surgery. Several reviews I found also mentioned that uneven eyes were not improved or that the crease became bumpy and scars remained prominent, so I am deliberating carefully.
