I knew roughly what the atmosphere would be like before going, but I felt a little intimidated. When I mentioned something I knew, the doctor explained it while slightly scolding me and saying that was not quite right. The doctor seems to have very firm opinions. They seem to use septal cartilage and ear cartilage in every case, and the consultation was done by touching my nose without taking a CT scan. It seems they simply raise the nose as much as possible within the limits of my own cartilage. The hospital reviews are good, and they seem to create a rounded, natural look well, so I did think about having it done there.
