After worrying and thinking it over for more than a month, I had the surgery, and I'm completely satisfied. My nose was already high to begin with and my skin is thick, so I was worried it might look too obviously done or become a pinched nose. Even as I was getting onto the operating table, I was really worried, but it turned out well in the shape I wanted, so I'm so satisfied these days.. One thing is clear: rather than a large hospital that lots of people go to, even if it isn't that famous, I think the right answer is a hospital that listens to what you say and checks everything carefully.
