When it was Conopi Plastic Surgery, I had surgery with silicone + septal cartilage. I wanted a natural shape, so I searched a huge amount before getting surgery.. For one month it was really good, but the nasal tip gradually drooped, so about 1 year later I had only the tip reinforced again with ear cartilage (A/S). Conclusion.. Now the nasal tip has become very blunt and has sunk, so I am considering revision surgery. I went back to looking natural
