For the nasal tip surgery, they used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. They said they would put in 4.5 mm of silicone. I did want a higher silicone implant, but after looking at my skin, the doctor said this height seemed appropriate. Some people around me say it's pretty and that the surgery was done well, and some even ask me to introduce them to the clinic, so I feel upset.
