I had double-chin muscle tying about five years ago, and I am still satisfied with the result. I have regained some weight, but it is still not like before. However, the sensation under my chin is slightly different from the rest of my skin, and the skin elasticity there is definitely lower If other areas are firm and bouncy, this area feels soft and delicate. Overall, I recommend it, but I am leaving this in case my experience helps with your decision.
