Nose Re-Surgery

Please help me remove my nose implant

My first nose surgery was two months ago. They shaved the hump and used a septal extension by harvesting the septum and moving it forward. But I feel my original nose suited my face better and was prettier. Now I look completely like Pinocchio, so I want it removed. I consulted [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], and both said they would remove the septal extension and reinforce the original position rather than waste the removed tissue. [Clinic A] explained in detail with drawings: my original nose probably looked a certain way, the maximum they could shave from the hump was 1.5 mm, and to eliminate the hump more effectively they would have needed to raise the tip, which is why they raised it. That made me trust them more. But my biggest concern is the nose becoming upturned. I do not care if it droops or spreads; I just want my original nose back. My original nose had a hump and somewhat of a bulbous appearance, but my nose is even bigger now. I just want to return to how it was. However, I have heard people say that because the tip was shaved, it will droop more than before. What do you think my nose might feel or look like if I remove the septal extension in its current state? Please help. I hate the feeling of the tip being pushed forward, so I want it removed. Can I return to my original nose? If anyone has had removal, please send me a message or leave a comment! T_T
