Nose Re-Surgery

6-Month Review

The middle of my nose looks depressed, but when the lighting is strong, the contour is hard to see. They said there was no hump when inserting the silicone, so they did not shave it, but after the swelling went down, it looks overly raised and uneven, as if they shaved it after all. There is a depressed area where the cartilage sits below the nasal bones. From the side, the middle is slightly indented; that area is marked in the last photo. When I take photos wearing a hat, the depression in the middle is visible. I am deliberating whether I should get a dermal injection or fat grafting, but I am worried that either could cause side effects, so I wonder whether I should just live with it. If you were in my position, could you live with it? If I should do something, what would you recommend? I uploaded front, side, and hat-wearing photos. It has been six months, but the areas beside the nasal bones are still hard and swollen. Could this be scar tissue? The bridge has not become slender and still looks thick. I am depressed, wondering whether shaving the nasal bones is why the bridge has not become defined. When will the skin fully adhere to the nasal bones and become slender? I wear glasses every day to cover it even a little. The inside of my nose still feels heavy, and when I yawn, the columella pulls a little. Please share your opinions frankly and honestly.
