Male rhinoplasty review lol: deviated septum and nasolabial angle correction

I’m sharing my review of functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]. To give you the conclusion first, my quality of life has improved tremendously after surgery! My nose used to get blocked often because of rhinitis and a deviated septum, but now I can breathe well without problems. My first priority was improving function, but I was also concerned that my nose looked short and blunt, so I hoped it would look prettier externally while I was having surgery. During the consultation, the doctor said my septum was relatively weak and that autologous costal cartilage would probably be needed to raise the tip. I wanted a strong and safe material, so I went ahead with it. I originally had a somewhat protruding jaw, but raising the tip makes my mouth look more tucked in^^. The doctor said they paid attention to correcting the nasolabial angle so my nose would not look long, and it turned out naturally and well. I was extremely stressed by my deviated septum, but now that my function has improved, I don’t even get congested during the change of seasons... It’s truly the best.
