Hehe, I had unlimited abdominal LAMS in early July, and now I’m on day 53! It’s been about a month + 3 weeks.
I work an office job, so I sit all day every day. I was already chubby to begin with, but my belly fat just kept getting bigger and bigger, so I felt like I really couldn’t go on like this anymore... I had unlimited LAMS on my upper arms, and then ended up doing my abdomen tooㅠ For the abdomen, I had more fat than my upper arms, and since I was quite overweight, I thought a lot about liposuction too, but I didn’t have many annual leave days and needed a short recovery period, so I did LAMS the same way. Maybe I had a lot of subcutaneous fat, because they extracted a huge amount, and I’m relieved because the abdominal effect seems even better than the arms..
When I do an InBody scan, my visceral obesity level comes out high, so I worried, what if it’s visceral fat and LAMS or liposuction won’t work? But well.. it was just a needless worry, I just had a ton of fat;;ㅠ The director really paid a lot of attention and kept extracting it.
I’m dieting hard at the same time, so I’ve lost 6 kg now, and the lumpiness is intense, so I’m continuing aftercare. The area around my navel is really lumpy, and I’m living day by day thinking and hoping that once this loosens up, it’ll really sink in more.. Even just looking at the photos, you can see how it bulges like a “3” above and below the navel, right?ㅠ
Even from the front, that panty line? That waist area? It used to look like everything was spilling down so you couldn’t see it at all, but that has lifted upㅋㅋㅋ It’s kind of fascinating..
My circumference went down about 8 cm!! I recently tried on the elastic skirt I always wore, and I was moved when I saw it was too big and slipping down,,
Still, now that my belly has gone in a bit, it definitely feels good because there are fewer restrictions when wearing clothes! For now, I’m still worried about tight clothes pressing on me and leaving marks, so I mostly wear loose one-piece dresses when possible... I hope the lumpiness loosens up quicklyㅜㅜ
