Before/after-after-after I had surgery at Apgujeong ㅌㄹㅇ at the end of July and brought my one-month review lol
I had abdomen + love handles done together, and they said the total volume came out to 5400 cc. Before surgery, my lower abdomen and love handles were a real complex for me, and now that area has the highest satisfaction lolol
The bruising started moving down severely to the pubic area and thighs from the 3rd day after surgery, but with bruise ointment + warm compresses, almost all of it was gone in 2 weeks. Pain-wise, I helped organize a friend’s moving boxes the next day, and a week later I even went to a valley and played in the water, so I had almost no pain. But since it was before stitch removal, you have to apply waterproof bandages very thoroughly when going into the water!
I still have some hard lumps/fibrosis on my lower abdomen and the sides/back, so when I shower I hand-massage with body wash, and I also bought a Gojuma massager and cream and am managing it.
For dieting, for about the first 2 weeks I just followed a meal plan while not eating heavy meals, and after 2 weeks I managed it by running for an hour and swimming on other days lolol
Since I could visibly see the swelling go down day by day, I got into it and couldn’t even take a break from exercising. If you’re going to get abdominal liposuction, I really recommend ㅌㄹㅇ lololol
