Eye Surgery Considerations

Named community review

I was considering surgery in Busan, but decided Seoul was the right choice, so I planned a one-day trip to Seoul and had a consultation at Named. Booking a consultation is extremely difficult. I originally booked for next year, but a spot opened up, so I went earlier. 1. The explanation was very detailed. The director looked at my entire face and explained the bridge and tip of my nose. 2. I was very concerned about my bulbous nose, but the director explained in detail that it was not only a bulbous-nose issue and that my face needed overall correction. 3. While comparing consultations at other hospitals, the director accurately identified what I wanted to change and explained it with examples, which I liked. 4. I plan to pay the deposit. The reason I decided on this hospital is that, as in point 3, the director understood exactly what I thought should be changed and proactively suggested how the surgery could be done. The aftercare is also good, so I decided. 5. The downside is that booking a consultation is very difficult, and the director strongly believes that bulbous noses require autologous costal cartilage. But after researching, I think autologous costal cartilage may be advantageous for bulbous noses, so it is not really a downside—if I had to name one, that would be it.
