My hump was quite pronounced, so I had it shaved down and raised the tip slightly using only septal cartilage. For those who had their nose done with septal cartilage, when did it start to droop? As my hump seems to be coming back a little as the swelling goes down, I feel like the tip might droop too. My nose was already high, and it feels like it was raised too much, so I actually hope it droops When will it droop..?
